REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Vacuvia, operated by Primeloox LLC.

Our products are personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligible returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective upon arrival

In such cases, customers must contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Products without original packaging

  • Digital products, once delivered

Digital products included as gifts

Certain promotional offers include a digital product provided as a free gift with the purchase of a physical product. The digital product is delivered automatically after purchase.

If a customer requests a cancellation or return of the physical product included in such an offer, the refund will not be issued in full. The digital product has an independent economic value and is considered delivered and consumed at the time of purchase. The value of the digital product will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return shipping costs

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
